Secada is one of New York City's legendary underground dance exports. She has choreographed for America's Best Dance Crew, NIKE, Madonna and Fergie to name a few. Presenting dance workshops in over 20 countries, her signature dance style fuses elements of Afro Urban, Contemporary, Capoeira and club dances from NYC such as House and Hip Hop. Her unique teaching methodology is founded on a holistic approach void of routines and rules, focused on accessing our authentic and innate expression through the practice of physical, mental and energetic techniques.

Annika is an advocate of aligning our human bodies with the bodies of the earth, and elements. To embody our true power, our centeredness and connection as human beings she facilitates a coming into connection with nature kin. Exploring the elemental nature of our bodies through breath ceremonies, visualization and meditations, she guides groups into a tender space of encounter with themselves.

Effie is a holistic dancer, somatic coach, and trauma-informed facilitator that guides femme of center folks into a homecoming with the healing wisdom of the living body. Effie does this by leading individual and group experiences that affirm folks stepping into the ownership of their sexual expression. Effies primary offerings come through her teaching of sensually inspired feminine movement to help folks learn to share their erotic nature through dance.
