Whether you’re navigating trauma, relational patterns, anxiety, life transitions, or a longing to feel more connected to yourself, 1:1 work offers a supportive and attuned relationship to help you move toward healing.
My approach blends somatic therapy, relational attunement, trauma-informed care, and a deep respect for the wisdom you and your body already carries. Together, we gently uncover the experiences and patterns that shape your life while creating new, embodied pathways toward safety, clarity, and authenticity.
