For couples who want more spaciousness to slow down, explore deeply, and integrate what arises.

Most people I work with choose weekly 50-minute sessions, but extended sessions are available for those who feel supported by a longer, more spacious container.

Are you currently accepting new clients?

Yes, I am accepting new clients. If you’re curious about whether working together feels like a good fit, I offer a free 20-minute consultation. This gives us both a chance to meet, ask questions, and feel into whether the connection feels supportive.

Do you take insurance, or can I use superbills for reimbursement?

I am not directly paneled with insurance companies, but I do provide superbills—detailed receipts you can submit to your insurance if they offer out-of-network reimbursement.

If you’re unsure whether your plan covers out-of-network therapy, it can be helpful to call your insurance provider and ask about coverage, deductibles, and reimbursement rates.

Where do sessions take place?

At this time, I offer telehealth sessions for clients across California.
I will also be offering in-person sessions soon in the Grass Valley / Nevada City region. If in-person work calls to you, feel free to ask about upcoming availability.

What can I expect in our first session? What does therapy with you look like?

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. You don’t need to prepare anything or have the “right words.” In our first session, we’ll take time to slow down, get to know each other, and explore what’s bringing you here. We’ll begin to sense into what you’re longing for, what feels tender, and what support might look like moving forward.

My intention is always to create a space of safety, curiosity, and collaboration—a space where your body, emotions, and inner experience are welcomed and honored. We move at a pace that feels right for you.

I’ve never done therapy before—what if I’m nervous or don’t know what to say?

Many people feel this way in the beginning. Starting therapy is often an act of courage, and you don’t have to arrive with everything figured out. My role is to help guide the process gently, attune to what’s happening in the moment, and create a space where you can show up just as you are.

We will move slowly, with care. You can speak, pause, feel, or simply breathe—and together we’ll discover the language, sensations, and experiences that want attention.

You don’t have to know where to begin. We’ll begin together.
